Recently, the Supreme Court made its biggest second amendment ruling this year, putting a check on Joe Biden’s ATF and other agencies that have been pushing their own political agendas.
In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court concluded that Chevron deference should never have been used to begin with, overturning the Chevron decision.
So, what does this mean for the Second Amendment and the gun community going forward?
It means that the power to interpret and enforce laws is back where it belongs – with the courts.
Joe Biden’s ATF is not supposed to have the power to make Gun laws. Only Congress is supposed to have that power.
The courts are the ones who are supposed to interpret those laws, not made-up agencies that have a fetish for shooting dogs and helping gun smugglers smuggle guns!
However, Joe Biden’s ATF likes to use the grey areas of law to make quasi-laws under the guise of “RULES,” and the Supreme Court just pulled the plug on that nonsense.
